A Mini-Research Post

Passing and Receiving ground ball passes
Passing and receiving a ball involves many processes. In this paper, the concern is focused on ground ball passes that take three different leg positions.  Inside the foot, outside the foot, and instep are the key positions of the leg that apply when passing ground balls. These have to conform to various body positions en sure that a player balances and gives a projectile force to the ball.
Football is all about skills and knowledge of passes that will ensure accuracy and direction. The position of the leg, on the other hand, has a great influence on the direction of the ball from one player to another or from a striker to the goal direction. Ground balls require skills and tactics that will ensure accuracy, stead fast, and calculation of the amount of force applied on the ball.
Inside of foot involves passes that originate from turn sideways kicking of the ball, swinging of the leg in a back position, and involves focusing vision on the ball with the head facing down. Outside kicking, on the other hand, requires that the player to swing the leg back, the foot to be pointing on the ball and rotated in. similarly, the vision must be focused on the ball. The last style is instep that also has guidelines when passing the ball. However, the focus on the ball remains the key aspect of consideration for any player trying to adopt these styles.
The positioning of the body also takes two phases when passing the ball. These are execution phase and follow-through phase. All these assume three approaches used in the leg positioning where inside of foot will take a particular posture to ensure stability and balance.
These steps lead to a successful play and scoring in a football match. A good player will execute these styles to achieve their target. However, there are errors that can be committed and the result may lead to the ball going up in the air instead of ground ball. The remedy to this, is contacting the ball from the centre.
